"We had a virus problem and took our computer to PC World, Bradford. Their technicians were giving us a week before we get our computer back and we were not happy customers. We decided to search for a different company on the net and thats when we found and called Yorkshire PC to deal with spyware & virus problems on our PC. As any business who has had problems with computers, will know, some things can take a long time to fix and one of them was when the faxing facility suddenly stopped working on my office pc's. He had to alter many settings and software and eventually (don't know how he did it!) the fax was up and running. “I used to get my computer repaired by a local company called PC-Stuff. I never went to PC World, Bradford as they are expensive and tend to mess you around too much. PC-Stuff went bust a while ago and when I ran into problems with my vodafone internet on one of my laptops, I found Yorkshire PC whilst searching on google by pure chance. I'm very happy that I chose these guys and I'll tell you why...Due to very limited knowledge of computers, every technician I used to get. behaved like snobs and simply assumed the customer knew the jargon. They never for one minute thought that us elderly or anyone infact may need an explaination in SIMPLE, PLAIN ENGLISH. But from the minute the technician at Yorkshire PC came to our place to fix our printer and setup the software, he talked in very simple english explaining what can go wrong and why. He also broke down any complex jargon to help us understand the problem. He managed to fix the printer and setup the scanner software very quickly and even spent some time training myself and my wife how to print and scan.
